A very interesting as well as
instructive institute was held at
Brownsville May 24, under the
¡auspices of the W C T U, begin­

until 4 p m , with an intermission
at noon, during which time the

their delicious dinners to the vis­
iting unions. Among those a t­
tending from the Plainview
' union were Mesdames Whealdon,
Bonar, Anderson, Cleek, Brew-

W Morgan, and Tibbits.
The closing of the Morgan
school was the occasion of a very
pleasant social evening.
The
children gave a school program,
after which ice cream and cake
, were served. The proceeds are
for the benefit of the school li­
brary.

the sad news of the death of the
infant son of his daughter, Mrs
Rex Grove of Chilco, Idaho.
Clifford Cornett had the mis­
