Mae Bowerman, newly-elected
honored queen of Job’s Daughters,
Bethel No. 36, and her officers will
take office in installation cere­
monies Dec. 8.
Other officers elected at the
regular meeting Monday, Nov. 17,
were Christine Duncan, senior
princess; Donna Zimmerman, jun­
ior princess; Jackie Strohkirch,
guide; and Merrill Simington, mar­
shall.
Under escort and honors, Ruth
Masters, worthy matron of West-
ern Star Chapter No. 64, and past
associate guardian, Harold Bower-
man, “Papa Job”, were introduced
and welcomed to the group. Bow­
erman is a member of the examin­
ing committee of the Masonic
Grand Lodge of Oregon.

tertained their parents at a tea
last Thursday, in honor of Educa
tion Week. There was a display of
classroom texts. The new reading
books were a source of keen int­
erest to the visitors. Jeanne Logan-

Guests were, Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Bottel, Mrs. Carl Marshall and
Mrs. William Hunter. All the child­
