1. Protection for dairv farmer as he is assured minimum price
to processor four times a year.
2. There isn't any monopoly in new law. Anyone can sell
bottled milk providing he can pass sanitary requirements
set by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
3. The consumer will get richer milk for less under new law.
