Mrs. Harry Floyd-retired from her busy life in the store. She is farming at present. Mr. Emil Vahrenwald contin ues to improve, but very slowly. He was burned severely several weeks ago. Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Burton and baby daughter from Portland are visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Burton. Edmund plans on two more years of schooling. A two-weeks Daily Vacation Bible school will be conducted at the Bridgeview Community church by four I.os Angeles women, the misses Helen Igo, Margie Perkins, Patricia Hurley and Judith Hicks. Mrs. J. M. Boss is holding a tea to morrow (Saturday) in honor of her guests.
