Arriving Monday June 23 from Sacramento to visit Mrs. Nell Shell- aLarger are her daughter and fam ily, Mr. and Mrs. Nedmon Mellott. They will also visit the Bill Shelia- bargers and the Luther Sheriers, jr. Wayne Leitch, his father and brother from Seattle, are making a stay at their mine at Tartar. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cournoyer and sons are now making their home in the Floyd duplex. They moved here from Merlin. He is foreman at tire Ross Lumber Co. Wilson presented a talk on “Lionis-m” as well as presiding over the installation. Secretary-Treasur er Chas. Hubbard presented a pen and pencil set to outgoing Presi dent Don Rosenberg as a gift from the board of directors and the club. Officers installed included: Hal Moore Jr., president; C. Guy Stem, first vice president; George Sim mons, second vice president; Chas A. Hubbard, secretary and treasur er; Kern Drown, Lion Tamer; Jim Akins, tailtwister; Harold Heming way, Carl Spieth and Richard New man, directors. A movie, “American Cowboy” provided the evenings entertain ment. Wilson also initiated Jim Wilson and Ralph Kaiser as new members.
