From where I sit, so many use­
less arguments could be avoided
if a person would remember he
doesn't have all the right on his
side. Reminds me of folks who in­
sist that coffee, for instance, is the
only drink, forgetting that other
people have a right to a glass of
beer now and then. If we wouldn’t
get so “het up” about our prej­
udices—we’d all be better off!

Big discussion after the Grange
meeting Friday night. Tik Ander­
son was arguing that hogs were
lots more affected by the hot
weather than rattle. Skeeter Mor­
gan declared that it wasn’t so—that
he nerer saw any hogs bothered by
the hot sun like his cows were.
I was glad when Rusty Robin­
son stepped in.
“Boys,” he says, "don’t get so
riled up. It all depends on what
color the livestock are. Hogs or
cattle, the ones with light-colored
coats absorb less heat from the

office of the County C ourt in Josephine County court house, ou Tues­
day, April 8th, 1952, at two (2) »’clock p.m., the tim ber on the fol­
lowing described county owned land. To be eligible to bid orally it
will be necessary fo r each bidder to send in a sealed bid for at least
the minimum advertised price with a deposit of five per cent (5'< ) of
the bid. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. The estim ate
