year stock m arket wise than 1948.
Investors will especially get out
of stocks of companies which have
most of th e ir assets in big, “ vul
nerable in case of w ar’’ cities, re
investing in companies whose as
sets are well distributed and safe
from attack.

dustrial Average to go too high
on account of the consequent e f
fect upon labor’s demands. Com
modity speculation will continue
to be curbed.

1949; but will diversify broadly.
