T ha t is a neat tric k , but you can
do it, too. The fir s t th in g is to plan
y o u r menus so there are no long
cooking ideas in them . M ake a point
o f not selecting a n yth in g th a t w ill
re q u ire m ore than 30 m inutes cook­
ing.
The second is to do m ost of yo u r
w o rk in the cool of the m orn in g , so
th a t you won’ t be spending too m uch
tim e rig h t at supper tim e when it is
so w a rm .
The th ird is to plan a ll-cool meals
and get the p re p a ra tion out of the
w ay before hot w eather re a lly hits
