for certified Willamette vetch as
compared with common vetch.
As now proposed the CCC pur
chase price for hairy vetch would
adyance one cent to 12 cents, and
■ common rye grass would be in
creased a half cent to 7.5 cents.
Certified Willamette vetch is listed
at 6 cents, the same as is paid for
common vetch this year. Further
consideration is expected to be giv
en this, as common vetch is not
' listed at all.

sents the acreage necessary to meet
! the desired production and consti
tutes a proper balance between
these crops and other crops com
peting for land and labor in the
seed producing areas,’' the nation
