Dundas transacted busi ness in the county seat last Mon day. Mrs. Susan Haines will spend the week end with her mother in Medford. J. E. Simmons was transacting business in Grants Pass the first of the week. Mrs. Bertha Snelaon is visiting relatives and friends in the valley for a short time. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Martin are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hervey. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Owen and Mrs. Freida Messenger spent Sat urday in Grants Pass. The Waldo placer mine started mining operation last week with three shifts running. —o— D. W.Byrne and R. E.
