November 10, 1938 Important Dairy Meeting For Farmers of Valley There will be an important dairy meeting for all farmers in the Illinois Valley and Deer Creek on the evening of November 15 at the Illinois Valley Grange hall. This meeting is called particularly to discuss the possibility of form­ ing a Dairy Bull Cooperative as­ sociation. Roger Morse, Exten sion Dairyman of the Oregon State College Extension Service, will be the main speaker. This meeting will also provide a chance to more definitely out­ line in the Illinois Water shed that which will be affected by the Water Facilities program’.
