Courier or members of their families

Contestants are not restricted as
to the territory in which they may
work ami secure voles.
No candidate can transfer votes af

manager and receiving credit for

The Campaign Manager shall de
cide all questions and his - decision
shall remain limit.
All votes, subscriptions and remit
tances must be turned irito the office

Payments must accompany each
subscription or the votes will not be
counted.
Subscription will not bo received
from any one person for more than
live years in advance.
No telephone subscriptions or
promises will be considered.
So contestant can win more than

I n case of a tie between any two of
the contestants, the value of the prize

low will be divided between them.
The contest will be closed and the
votes counted by three local business
men to be selected by the candidates.
After a candidate has entered the
campaign The Courier will furnish
him with a list of Daily and Weekly
subscriptions and of those who should
subscribe.
The management of the Courier re
