Heath, the mining engineer who was injured at Briggs creek last week, Is reported as resting easily at the Soutb Pacific hospital. Mr. Heath was assisting with some carpenter work on a mill being erect ed at Briggs creek when a board in the scaffold broke, letting him fall a distance of 17 feet. No bones were broken but the engineer was badly bruised and shaken up and was im mediately brought to the hospital In this city. , Mrs. Heath was summoned from her home at Reno, Nevada, and is now with her husband.
