DELINQUENT TAX LIST, 1910
This advertised Hut of delinquent
taxes for the year 1910 lg In pursu
ance of an act of tbe State Legisla
ture, which Ib embodied in Chapter
275 of the GENERAL LAWS OF
THE 1911 SESSION The taxes on
the following advertised real proper
ty became delinquent on April 4,
1911, and are subject to a penalty of
10 per cent and interest at the rate
of 12 per cent per annum until they
ehall have been paid.
Any day after tbe expiration of
six months after the taxes charged
againut the following real property
are delinquent the Sheriff is author
ized, upon demand of any person
making application, to issue to them
a certificate of delinquency upon pay
ment of the taxes, penalty, interest
and cost of advertising.
Certificates of delinquency shall
bear intercHt from the date of Issu
ance until redeemed at the rate of
15 per cent per annum.
