IMPROVEMENTS AT HOT LAKE.
Despite the alleged fact that vari
ous newspapers and news associa
tions throughout the west have at
tempted by the use of printer's ink
to close oHt Lake sanltorium, the
place continues to do business at the
old stand, and Improvements are con
stantly being made.
At present a force of men are en
gaged in laying a new steel slx-lneh
water main from the present pump
ing plant to the 130,000 gallon ce
ment reservoir, and engineers are
doing the location work for the con
struction of a. gravity water system.
This means that several small springs
which for years have been allowed to
l'o unharnessed, will be brought to
the sanatorium and made to furnish
water for that Institution
Another mineral spring Is also be
Ing Installed In the beautiful office
lobby.
Business at the Hot Lake Sanator
ium never ceased for one moment. No
receiver was appointed, neither Is
i l'.ere any possibility of Hot Lake San
atorium closing Its doors. Patients
will receive the same kindly care and
attention In the future as in the past,
and Hot Lake water and mud will
continue to relieve suffering human
