coonty oircnit court convened last
Monday morning with Hon. Judge
H. K. Hanna presiding and district
Attorney A. E. Resales representing
the state. The docket for the term
was light, being burdened with but
69 case', scarcelv any of which were
of particular public Interest. There
were but five criminal cases and these
were of minor Import.
Three of the . latter bave already
been disposed of.
Of the 16 divorce cases docket two
bave been fljunissed and decries
granted in five others. The term will
probably continue till tomorrow.

Grants Pass his borne for the greater
part of the time and is anxious to give

some of the money to be gathered
from the bed of the Rogue with this
