Portlaud Wednesday to si end Christ
mas with her father, J. 11. Williams

Mr. and Mrs. O. N. Lee and daugh
ter, bdith. arrived in Urauts Pass last
Friday to spend a week with their

W. H. Koyce who owns a fine hay

Judge and Mrs. J. O. Booth until the
airival of Senator Booth, who came in

Sheriff Lewis and other friends
of the family met the young
man at the train and carried him on a
stretcher to a furnished tuite of
rooms, which the Sheriff bad secured
near his own residence, for the use of
Mrs. Trefathen and her ton. Charles
stood the journey fairly well, but his
cmdition is serious though hopes aie
entertaiued tor Ins recovery.
