question is in the case of the United
States vs. William A. Frater, ei-post
master at Rosebarg. Frater i

this did not deter the graud jury from
are turning an Indictment.
What disposition the grand jury will
make of the case wherein Albert
Haffenden, formerly postmaBtcr at
Woodstock, who was charged with

is not known. The case is exactly
similar to the Frater case, and when
the investigation by the gtaud jury
was completed no report of the case
was made.
