H. Prescott, Johnathan Bourne, Jr., W. C. Wil­ son. E. T. Wilson and H. A. Moss treasurer. J. Bourne, Jr.' The cap ital stock is $.$■ o.ooo, divided into ioo.ocxr shares of 25 each. The stock book i will be- ojiened in a kw days, when those who have applied for stock may receive the same. The company will reserve 10,000 share, as treasury stock. They will at once put up a ten -tamp mill and expect to have it in operation with­ in two months. The re­ port of the Director of the Mint con­ taining statistics of the production of precious metals in the United States in the year 1886, was trans­ mitted to Congress to day. From the report it ap]*ais that the pro­ duction of gold during i886cxceed- ed that of any previous year since 1880, and almost equaled the pro duction of that year. It amounted to 535,000,01x1 in 1886, against $31,- Noo.ooo in 188.5. The production of silver, as nearly as can I k - ascer­ tained, was $42,895,930. The amount of bullion imported into the United States was $17,947,5:8; ports, $27,862,637.
