Sept. 19, Panda Express. Nathan
Isaiah Erdmann, 25, of Astoria
was arrested on a warrant issued
by Wasco County.
Thefts and burglaries
• Employee theft, 3:20 p.m. Sept.
20, Walmart. Traci Lynn Jones
Bishop, 46, of Warrenton was
arrested on suspicion of sec-
ond-degree theft. She was cited
and released.
• Shoplifting, 6:02 p.m. Sept.
22, Walmart. Troy Christopher
Blanchard, 49, of Cannon Beach
was cited for third-degree theft
after he allegedly attempted to
leave the store without paying
for $14 in deodorant and foot
powder.
• Attempted burglary, 1:34 p.m.
Sept. 23, 700 block Ocean Court.
Albert J. Burkleo, 42, of Ham-
mond was arrested on suspicion
of criminal mischief. He was
booked at Clatsop County Jail.
• Shoplifting, 7:34 p.m. Sept. 24,
Walmart. Eddie Hernandez, 37,
of Tillamook and Ashley Lynn
Motsinger, 31, of Gresham was
cited for second-degree theft
after they allegedly attempted to
leave the store without paying
for $484 in merchandise.
Fort Stevens.
• Attempted theft of cargo trailer,
9:41 p.m. Sept. 24, 2300 block
Dolphin Avenue. Thieves driving
a black Nissan Xterra drove
away when the owner set off a
burglar alarm. Jason Ryon Fries,
41, of Medford was stopped driv-
ing a black Xterra near Trails
End Recovery about an hour lat-
er. He was arrested on suspicion
of first-degree attempted theft,
escape, resisting arrest, provid-
ing false information to police,
and for a felony warrant issued
by Albany Municipal Court.
Suspicious circumstances
and disturbances
• Aggressive male causing dis-
turbance and refusing to leave,
11:16 a.m. Sept. 23, Tractor
Supply. Ricky Dean Sutton, 57,
of Warrenton was arrested on
suspicion of resisting arrest,
escape, failure to report as a sex
offender, a felony warrant issued
by Tillamook County and a war-
rant issued by Clatsop County.

• Traffic stop, 1:17 a.m. Sept. 19,
South Main Avenue at Eighth
Street. Driver cited for driving
while suspended and having no
insurance.
• Disturbance, 12:03 p.m. Sept.
24, Ensign Lane near Costco.
Ricky Dean Sutton, 57, of War-
renton was arrested on suspicion
of menacing an 88-year-old
Warrenton woman.
• Traffic stop, 12:32 p.m. Sept. 21,
Southeast 10th Place and South-
east Main Court. Driver cited
for driving while suspended and
having no insurance.
• Dog bite, 1:56 p.m. Sept. 25,

intoxicants, reckless driving, giv-
ing false information to police,
driving while suspended, and on
two warrants issued by Mult-
nomah County.

Street. Driver cited for going 45
in a 25 mph zone.
• Speeding in a school zone,

Warrenton Drive. Dionides Gon-
zalez Gonzalez, 22, of Warrenton
was arrested on suspicion of
driving under the influence of
intoxicants, reckless driving, and
driving without privileges. He
was booked at Clatsop County
Jail, where his blood-alcohol
content was recorded at 0.14
percent.
