Ernest Duane Hall, 63, of Ham-
mond was arrested on a warrant
issued by the Clatsop County
Sheriff’s Office.
• Warrant service, 8:51 a.m. June
28, 1600 block Honeysuckle
Drive. Zaneta Jean Hans, 42, of
Warrenton was arrested on an
outstanding warrant.
Thefts and burglaries
• Shoplifting, 4:53 p.m. June
25, Fred Meyer. Jack Thomas
Fisher, 31, of Astoria was cited
for second-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $117 in
clothes.
• Stolen tires, 12:58 p.m. June
27, 0-100 block Southwest
Fourth Street. A man reported
someone stole two Ford factory
wheels valued at $400 from his
yard.
• Collision with subjects run-
ning from vehicle, 2:09 p.m.
June 29, Ensign and Discovery
lanes. After a brief pursuit, two
people were taken into custody.
Christopher C. Jessup, 47, of
Kennewick, Wash., was arrest-
ed on suspicion of possessing
a stolen vehicle, unauthorized
use of a motor vehicle, failure to
carry and present a license, and
hit-and-run with vehicle and
property damage. Christoper
M. Vivona, 29, of San Emidio,
Calif., was arrested on suspicion
of possessing a stolen vehicle,
providing false information to
police, and a warrant. Both were
booked at Clatsop County Jail.
• Stolen electric bicycle, 5:21
p.m. June 30, Fort Stevens State
Park campground. The orange
Sondors brand ebike was valued
at $1,450.
• Shoplifting, 6:54 p.m. July 2,
Walmart. An unknown person or
people stole various baseball and
basketball cards valued at $526.
• Attempted burglary, 10:44 a.m.
July 4, 500 block Jetty Street.

• Damage to vehicle, 9:40 p.m.

Third Street. A man reported
someone damaged the valve
stems of his vehicle.

Street. Torben D. Bradley, 22, of
Hammond was cited on suspi-
cion of disorderly conduct and
criminal mischief.

July 4, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts
parking lot. Someone caused up
to $3,000 in damage to a vehicle
while stealing gas. Fire depart-
ment called to wash down fuel
spill.
• Speeding, 4:09 p.m. July 2,
Northwest Warrenton Drive at
Ninth Street. Driver cited for
going 62 in a 45 mph zone and
for driving while suspended.

June 26, Highway 101 Business
near High Life Adventures. Mar-
co Avalos Martinez, 23, of Sea-
side was arrested on suspicion
of driving under the influence of
intoxicants, reckless driving, and
driving while suspended. He was
booked at Clatsop County Jail,
which his blood-alcohol level
was recorded at 0.18 percent.
• Traffic stop, 8:46 a.m. June 27,
Ocean Court and Pacific Drive.
Driver was cited for driving
while suspended and failing
to install an ignition interlock
device.
• Two-vehicle collision, no inju-
ries, 9:47 a.m. June 28, Walmart
parking lot.

900 block Pacific Drive. Jacob
Ryan Hughes, 35, of Hammond
was cited for criminal failure to
carry or present a license, driv-
ing while suspended and having
no insurance.
