Thefts and burglaries
• Shoplifting, 3:21 p.m. June
4, Walmart. Timothy Michael
Goza, 52, no known address,
was cited for third-degree theft
and criminal trespassing after
he allegedly attempted to leave
the store without paying for $10
in wine.
• Shoplifting, 4:29 p.m. June 4,
Walmart. Justin Conner Rossi,
18, of Happy Valley was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $16 in
merchandise, including a poster.
• Shoplifting, 6:03 p.m. June 4,
Walmart. Meggan B. Bartlett,
28, of Astoria was cited for
third-degree theft and criminal
trespassing after she allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $14 in mer-
chandise.
• Theft of catalytic converters,
8:30 a.m. June 7, 100 block
Southeast First Street.
• Stolen trailer, 1:05 p.m. June
7, Airport Dike Trail pullout.
Someone stole the city’s 12-foot
Big Tex commercial trailer and
ramp valued at $2,000.
• Shoplifting, 10:57 p.m. June 7,
Walmart. An unknown person
left the store without paying for
$117 in merchandise.
• Theft of coin machine, 9:23
a.m. June 8, KOA. An employee
reported a coin machine valued
at $2,000 and $300 in quarters
was stolen.
• Theft of wallet, 4:25 p.m. June
8, Home Depot. A man reported
someone stole his wallet, $80
cash and a $400 Galaxy 8 phone
while he was in the store.
• Theft of generator, 7:44 p.m.
June 10, Costco. Angelo X.
Helser, 31, of Keizer was cited
for first-degree theft after she
allegedly stole a Duracell gasless
generator valued at $550.
• Shoplifting, 7:13 p.m. June 11,
Walmart. Jeremiah D. Nollan,
39, of Warrenton was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $20 in
candy.
Suspicious circumstances
and disturbances
• Trespassing, 2:24 p.m. June 4,
Walmart. Tara Richelle Gree-
ley, 36, of Astoria was cited for
criminal trespassing after she
returned to the store where
she’d already been trespassed.

contacted and required to find
