5, Walmart. Mary Laura Max-
well, 42, of Astoria was cited
for third-degree theft after she
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $92 in
office supplies.
• Shoplifting, 4:45 p.m. May 10,
Walmart. Gary Dwaine Beeler,
57, of Eagle Creek was cited for
second-degree theft and crim-
inal mischief after he allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for merchandise.
• Shoplifting, 10:07 a.m. May 14,
Walmart. Trisha Dawn Cowles,
41, of Bend was arrested for
first-degree theft and criminal
trespassing after she left the
store with $1,109 in hats, kitch-
en items, cosmetics, toiletries
and towels. She was located
a short time later at the KOA
campground.
• Theft of electric bicycle, 8:55
a.m. May 15, KOA. A 70-year-old
man from Washougal, Wash.,
reported his $1,800 E-bike was
stolen.

Warrenton man dies in Tillamook County crash
A motorcyclist from War-
renton was killed Tuesday
when he struck an oncoming
pickup on a rural road in Til-
