Thefts and burglaries
• Shoplifting, 4:57 p.m. March 6,
Walmart. Harley Wayne Bowe,
32, of Chinook, Wash., was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $63 in
merchandise.
• Shoplifting, 8:21 p.m. March 6,
Walmart. Micella Lynn Roberts
Lopez, 52, of Medford was cited
for one count of second-degree
theft and two counts of third-de-
gree theft after surveillance
footage was used to track her
during thefts alleged to have
occurred on March 1, 4, and 6.
She is accused of taking $527 in
merchandise.
• Shoplifting, 4:46 p.m. March 7,
Walmart. Darrel Frederick Bai-
ley, 46, of Warrenton was cited
for third-degree theft, criminal
mischief and providing false
information to police after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $78 in
steak, pies and other food items.
Methamphetamine found on his
person during processing was
destroyed.
• Theft, 10:47 a.m. March 9,
Walmart. An unknown person
stole two drones valued at $398.

Skipanon Drive. A man whose
age and residence were withheld
reported paying someone $1,100
to rent a condominium that
wasn’t available for rent.
• Theft, 11:46 a.m. March 12,
Ross Dress for Less. An un-
known person stole an unknown
amount of merchandise valued
between $100 and $1,000.
• Shoplifting, 6:10 p.m. March
13, Walmart. Jason Brian Pace,
38, of Warrenton was cited for
second-degree theft and crimi-
nal trespassing after he allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $121 in jewel-
ry and firearms accessories.
• Shoplifting, 6:24 p.m. March
14, Fred Meyer. Dustin Allen
Forsman, 37, of Tillamook, was
arrested on suspicion of sec-
ond-degree theft and escape
after he allegedly attempted to
leave the store without paying
for $132 in merchandise. He also
had outstanding warrants issued
by Clatsop County Sheriff’s Of-
fice and Washington County.
• Shoplifting, 8:13 p.m. March
14, Walmart. Samuel Joe John-
son, 32, no known address, was
cited for second-degree theft
and possession of heroin after
he allegedly attempted to leave
the store without paying for a
generator valued at $484.

8, Fort Stevens State Park.
Troy Howard Peppin, 39, no
known address, was arrested for
disorderly conduct while police
officers assisted the park in
evicting him.
• Rock through windshield, 5
p.m. March 11, 400 block North
Main Avenue. A woman report-
ed someone threw a rock at her
vehicle, causing $500 damage.
• Slashed tire, 12:17 p.m. March
13, 1900 block Southeast Choke-
berry Avenue. A man reported
someone slashed a tire on his
pickup.
• Man won’t leave when asked,
7:29 a.m. March 14, 1500 block
Southeast Willow Drive. Jose K.
Leal III, 42, no known address,
was cited for criminal trespass-
ing.
