Warrants
• Warrant service, 1:16 a.m. Jan.
31, Warrenton Marina. Bianca
M. Cordero, 23, of Ocean Park,
Wash., was arrested on a warrant
issued by Columbia County.
Thefts and burglaries
• Theft of aluminum, 7:49 p.m.
Jan. 22, 400 block Seventh Av-
enue. A caller reported five bags
of cans were stolen from his side
yard.
• Theft from motor vehicle, 5:55
p.m. Jan. 31, 400 block North-
east Skipanon Drive. A woman
reported the theft of $2,500 in
cash, plus a black purse with
credit cards and documents was
stolen from her vehicle.
• Shoplifting, 9:30 p.m. Jan. 31,
Walmart. Richard J. Simmons,
56, of Warrenton was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to steal mer-
chandise from the store.
• Attempted theft, 11:45 a.m. Feb.
1, Ocean Crest Chevrolet. Some-
one did $1871 in damage to a
Toyota Tacoma while attempting
to steal the catalytic converter
and other parts.
• Shoplifting, 8:44 p.m. Feb. 2,
Walmart. An unknown person
stole a computer, drone and
water purifier valued at $880 and
left in a white BMW with Wash-
ington license plates.
4, Tractor Supply. Levi Carter
Holland, 28, of Kelso, Wash., was
cited for second-degree theft after
he allegedly left the store without
paying for $525 in merchandise.
• Theft, 8:14 p.m. Feb. 3, Wal-
greens. An unknown person stole
12 tanks of propane valued at
$720 from the store.
• Shoplifting, 7:35 p.m. Feb. 5,
Walmart. Nicholas S. Shelton,
27, of Longview, Wash., was
cited for second-degree theft
and criminal mischief after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $165 in
merchandise, including shoes,
clothes and jewelry.
• Stolen vehicle, 5:47 a.m. Feb. 4,
Shilo Inn parking lot. A person
reported their gold Chevy Silvera-
do 1500 was taken.
• Shoplifting, 6:35 p.m. Feb. 4,
Walmart. Tyler Lane MacDicken,
23, of Astoria was cited for sec-
ond-degree theft after he alleged-
ly attempted to leave the store
without paying for $83 in clothes
and shoes.
• Shoplifting, 7:49 p.m. Feb. 4,
Big 5 Sporting Goods. Raven
Brianne Groat, 25, and Levi
Carter Holland, 28, both of Kelso,
Wash., were cited for second-de-
gree theft after they allegedly left
the store without paying for $623
in clothes and drove away in a
black Honda Accord. Items were
recovered after another theft half
an hour later (see below).

6, Fred Meyer, Astoria Ford and
Walmart. Clarissa A.N. Almofti,
21, of Astoria was arrested on
suspicion of fraudulent use of a
credit card and identity theft at
Walmart. Michael Kein Perez,
33, of Astoria weas arrested on
suspicion of fraudulent use of a
credit card, identity theft, and
second-degree theft at Fred
Meyer.
• Robbery, 7:54 p.m. Feb. 6,
Walmart. Tyler Lane MacDick-
en, 23, of Astoria was arrested
on suspicion of robbery, two
counts of theft, criminal mischief,
assaulting a public safety officer,
resisting arrest and escape after
he allegedly attempted to leave
the store without paying for
$283 in tools, cigarettes, beer,
and clothes. He was booked at
Clatsop County Jail.

• Aggressive panhandling, 4:10
p.m. Jan. 27, Youngs Bay Plaza.
Jens Simon Peel, 39, no known
address, was arrested on suspi-
cion of disorderly conduct and
resisting arrest when he refused
to move along.
• Disturbance, 3:06 p.m. Feb. 5,
Fred Meyer. Michael E. Glover,
53, no known address, was ar-
rested on warrants issued by Polk
County and Washington County.

Avenue. Driver cited for driving
while suspended and having no
insurance.
