to live with pain
Living Well With Chronic
Conditions, a free six-week
workshop designed to help
people gain control of their
lives and feel better, begins
with an informational ses-
sion on Jan. 31.
The class will be held virtu-
ally, via Zoom.

12:30 p.m. Mondays, Feb. 7
through March 14.

A comedy about
telling fish tales
“Simple Salmon: The Re-
spawning,” a production
of the Ten Fifteen Theater
troupe, open Feb. 11 at the
theater, 1015 Commercial St.,
Astoria.
The humorous compilation
play is directed by William
Ham and features Terri Bai-
er, Susi Brown, Bill Honl,
Kelli Hughes-Ham, T.J. New-
ton, Slab Slabinski, and Lori
Wilson Honl.
Performances are at 7:30
p.m. on Feb. 11, 12, 18, and
19, and at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 13.
