The subject property is located at the north end of SW Oak Avenue. Applicable criteria and standards spe- cific to this request are contained in WMC Chapters 16.24 Low Density Res- idential District, Chapter 16.216 Land Divisions and Lot Line Adjustments and Section 16.208.050 Type III Quasi-Judicial Procedures.
