EXECUTIVE SESSION
Under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(e); to conduct deliberations
with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real
property transactions.
Warrenton City Hall is accessible to the disabled. An interpreter for the

located at 931 SE Marlin Ave. Warrenton, OR.
The application file is available for public review until February 3rd,
2022, with an administrative decision to be made after the close of the re-
view and comment period. Applicable Warrenton Municipal Code criteria
include Chapter 16.40, General Commercial District, Section 16.120 Access
& Circulation, and Section 16.208.040 Type II Administrative Procedures.
