Johnnie Rae Cotton, 45, of War- renton was arrested on suspi- cion of domestic abuse. She was booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Assault, 11:41 a.m. Sept. 20, 1700 block South Main Avenue. A woman reported she’d gotten into a fight with her boyfriend, jumped out of the car and didn’t know where she was. David B. Vikery, 36, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of kidnap- ping and fourth-degree assault. He was booked at Clatsop Coun- ty Jail. A woman reported someone stole the license plates off her vehicle. 51, no known address, was cited for criminal trespassing when she returned after having previ- ously been trespassed from the store. • Shoplifting, 6:20 p.m. Sept. 19, Walmart. Phillip A. Schulte, 61, of Warrenton was cited for second-degree theft, criminal mischief and providing false information to police after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $541 in merchandise, including a TV. • Trespassing, 3:30 p.m. Sept. 18, Walmart. Misty D. Monson, 48, no known address, was cited for criminal trespassing when she returned after having previously been trespassed from the store. • Shoplifting, 9:50 p.m. Sept. 19, Walmart. Richard M. Stewart, 39, of Charlston was cited for third-degree theft, criminal tres- passing and criminal mischief after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $41 in car accessories. • Shoplifting, 1:15 p.m. Sept. 20, Warrenton Mini Mart. Ricky Dean Sutton, 57, of Warrenton was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly left the store without paying for $12 in beer. He was 67. He was born May 21, 1954, to Eric and Deloris Culp Horner at Tongue Point Naval Air Sta- tion in Astoria.
