EXECUTIVE SESSION
Under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(e); to conduct deliberations

property transactions.

Thefts and burglaries
• Shoplifting, 3:49 p.m. July 24,
Fred Meyer. Jacob E. Terrill,
34, of Gearhart was cited for
second-degree theft after he
allegedly left the store without
paying for $357 in camping
supplies and food. He was pulled
over by a police officer a short
time later, who also cited him for
driving while suspended.
• Shoplifting, 12:07 p.m. July 28,
Walmart. Toni E. Andersen, 56,
of Ilwaco, Wash., was cited for
second-degree theft after she
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $166 in
food and clothes.
• Theft of vehicle key, 3:20 p.m.
July 28, Astoria Ford. Luke T.
Miehe, 48, of Warrenton was
arrested on suspicion of sec-
ond-degree theft, and unlawful
entry of a motor vehicle. He also
had a failure-to-appear warrant.

• Man reports disturbance over
custody in which his “ex” poured
vomit on him, 12:30 p.m. July
17, 1100 block Southeast 19th
Street. Brianna L. Lorenzana,
28, of Gearhart was cited for dis-
orderly conduct and harassment.
• Trespassing, 9:17 a.m. July 27,
Oceanview Cemetery. A man and
woman were trespassed from the
location. Brandon A. Beal, 40,
no known address, was arrested
on a felony warrant issued by
Clatsop County Circuit Court.
• Nude couple getting amorous,
11:26 p.m. July 29, Hammond
Marina Lookout.
• Found wallet, 11:37 a.m. Aug. 3,
Fort Clatsop.

• Traffic stop, 11:41 a.m. July 23,
Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue.
Seth T. Morgan, 26, of Astoria
was arrested on suspicion of
driving under the influence of
intoxicants, criminal driving
while suspended, and a warrant
for contempt of court.
• Traffic stop, 2:37 p.m. July 26,
Fourth Avenue at King Salmon
Place. Angela M. Tangen, 55, no
known address, was arrested
on suspicion of driving under
the influence of intoxicants and
cited for failure to install an
ignition interlock device. Her
blood-alcohol level was recorded
at 0.21 percent.
• Vehicle into structure, 11:23
a.m. July 29, Astoria Ecowash
car wash. Driver arrested for
driving under the influence of
intoxicants. His blood-alcohol
content was recorded at 0.17
percent.
• Vehicle into ditch, 3:55 p.m.

• Two-vehicle collision, possible
