Volunteers sought for advisory panel Three seats are open on the Clatsop County Human Ser- vices Advisory Council. The council advises the County Commission on is- sues regarding developmen- tal disabilities, mental health, and alcohol and drug abuse services. The council meets on the first Thursday of each month to identify needs, es- tablish funding priorities, and assist in the selection of service providers. Two of the vacancies are for three-year terms ending Feb. 28, 2024, and one for a term ending Feb. 28, 2023.
