Cedar Avenue. Edinelza Mar-
tins Conrad, 44, of Warrenton
was arrested on suspicion of
driving under the influence of
intoxicants, reckless endanger-
ment and failing to perform the
duties of a driver after causing
a collision with property dam-
age. She was booked at Clatsop
County Jail, where her blood-al-
cohol level was recorded at 0.17
percent.
