Shirley, 32, of Tucson, Ariz., was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and third-degree theft, after police recovered three pairs of sunglasses from the store that allegedly had been concealed on the man. • Disturbance, 5:55 p.m. April 13, Fred Meyer parking lot. A man reported his vehicle was struck by a tow-behind cart attached to a bicycle. When he confronted the cyclist, he was threatened. Adam Lee Taylor, 25, of Warrenton was arrested on an outstanding warrant and trespassed from the location. • Female screaming, 12:37 p.m. April 18, 1500 block Southeast Willow Drive. Michael J.
