April 7, Fred Meyer. Nathanial
E. Richcreek, 42, of Rosburg,
Wash., was arrested on a fail-
ure-to-appear warrant.

April 8, Walmart parking lot.
Christina A. Herzog, 28, of
Klamath Falls, was arrested on a
failure-to-appear warrant from
Klamath County.

April 9, 2000 block Southeast
Huckleberry Avenue. Tanner
Matthew Welsh, 18, of Warren-
ton was arrested on a felony
warrant issued by Clatsop Coun-
ty Circuit Court.

10, Hammond Marina. Richard
W. Brooking, 25, of Long Beach,
Wash., was arrested on a fail-
ure-to-appear warrant.

• Employee theft, 7 a.m. March
30, Walmart. Christopher L.
Cushing, 50, of Warrenton was
cited for second-degree theft
after store security personnel
reported a theft of $505.
• Shoplifting, 12:30 p.m. April
1, Walmart. Anthony R. Ra-
mos, 29, of Ilwaco, Wash., was
cited for second-degree theft
and criminal mischief after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $122 in
bumper lights and an amplifier.
• Shoplifting, 4:45 p.m. April 9,
Fred Meyer. Devyne Ocean, 47,
of Astoria was cited for third-de-
gree theft after she allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $62 in flow-
ers, a sweatshirt and makeup.
Suspicious circumstances
• Offensive littering, 9:27 a.m.
April 7, recycling station be-
hind El Compadre Restaurant.
A 74-year-old Warrenton man
was warned he could be arrested
for theft of service and offensive
littering after he was spotted
on surveillance video tossing

a black Ford 250 pickup backed
into the back of a blue Ford 250
pickup, which caused the blue
truck to hit the business’s ice
cooler. The driver was cited for
having no insurance.

Street. Driver cited for driving
while suspended and having no
insurance.
