arrested on a fugitive warrant
from Washington state and
cited for third-degree theft and
criminal trespassing after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for a $20
area light.
Thefts and burglaries
• Shoplifting, 8:15 p.m. March 8,
Walmart. David Graciano, 42,
no known address, was cited for
second-degree theft and crim-
inal mischief after he allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $104 in bicy-
cle lights, an action camera and
SD memory card.
• Vehicle theft, 10:29 p.m. March
10, Warrenton High School. The
vehicle, along with a black jacket
that had been left behind, was
found two hours later behind
Staples.
• Theft of appliance, 2:07 p.m.
March 11, 1400 block Honey-
suckle Loop. A man reported a
$700 Whirlpool gas range was
stolen from a house under con-
struction.

12, Walmart. Shelby A. Volpi, 25,
of Seal Beach, Calif., was cited
for third-degree theft and crim-
inal mischief after she allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $44 in food, a
handbag, pens, and face masks.
• Shoplifting, 10:26 p.m. March
14, Walmart. Darcy A. Blair, 24,
no known address, was cited
for third-degree theft after she
allegedly attempted to ring up
$38 in merchandise at the self-
check area using the scan code of
a 97-cent item.

mond woman reported someone
vandalized her vehicle while

derly conduct.
• Window shot, 4:09 p.m. March
9, 900 block East Harbor Drive.
A woman reported someone shot
at her business with a BB gun.

• Road rage with collision and
possible injury, 8:18 p.m. March
9, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane.
A Warrenton man driving a
Ford F350 pickup sideswiped a
Volkswagen Jetta driven by an
Astoria man after the Jetta made
a sudden U-turn. The two had
been braking and following too
closely for several miles after one
driver failed to yield the right of
way in the Astoria Roundabout,
angering the other.
• Two-vehicle collision, no inju-
ries, 2:12 p.m. March 10, South
Main Avenue at Southwest First
Street. One driver was cited for
making a dangerous left turn.
• Traffic stop, 1:44 p.m. March
11, North Main Avenue at South
Main Avenue. Driver cited for
driving while suspended and
having no insurance.
