Fierro, 29, of Cottage Grove was cited for third-degree theft and crimi- nal mischief after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $94 in merchandise. Police stopped his vehicle later. He also was cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance and had been trespassed from all Walmart properties on three separate occasions.
