Avenue. Margi M. Seburn, 41,
of Portland was arrested on a
failure to appear warrant from
Oregon City.
Thefts and burglaries
• Shoplifting, 9:46 p.m. Feb. 12,
Walmart. Rebecca L. Lee, 27, of
Keizer and Anastasia G. Dorok-
hov, 27, of Salem were cited for
third-degree theft and Lee also
was cited for criminal mischief
after they allegedly attempted to
leave the store without paying for
two pairs of gloves valued at $40.
• Shoplifting, 1:36 p.m. Feb. 13,
Walmart. Shirley M. Patterson,
42, and J.P. Patterson Jr., 49,
both of Seaside, were cited for
second-degree theft after they
allegedly left the store without
paying for $278 in merchandise,
including two automotive batter-
ies and a trailer hitch.
• Shoplifting, 12:09 p.m. Feb. 17,
Walmart. Pamela K. Shipp, 65,
of South Bend, Wash., was cited
for third-degree theft after she
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $23 in
nail polish.
• Shoplifting, 11 a.m. Feb. 19,
Home Depot. Louis A. Caulk-
ins, 46, of Portland was cited
for second-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $308 in
rechargeable batteries, a flash-
light, blade, tool organizer and
tool pack.
• Shoplifting, 1:40 p.m. Feb. 19,
Home Depot. Ricky D. Sutton,
56, of Warrenton was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for a $20
pair of leather work gloves.
• Shoplifting, 5:23 p.m. Feb. 19,
Home Depot. Xavier D. Luma-
due, 24, of Seaside was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $51 in
merchandise.
