Taylor, 23, of War- renton • was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Clatsop County Circuit Court. His passenger, Adam L. Taylor, 24, of Warren- ton, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant. Both were booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Highly intoxicated man walk- ing in road, 1:59 p.m. Dec. 12, 200 block Southeast Marlin Avenue. Timothy M. Goza, 51, no known address, was arrested on a detainer warrant, taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital for clearance and booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Warrant service, 5:20 p.m. Dec. 14, Youngs Bay Plaza. Darren E. Carlson was arrested and re- leased on a misdemeanor failure to appear in court warrant. Drugs • Unlawful possession, 10:23 p.m. Dec. 4, Alternate Highway 101 near South Main Avenue. Kidder, 29, was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $82 in merchandise. • Shoplifting, 10:56 p.m. Dec. 13, Walmart. Gary M. Schehl, 32, no known address, was booked at Clatsop County Jail on suspicion of robbery, escape, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer and third-degree theft after he allegedly left the store with merchandise and attempted to elude both store security and police. He is accused of taking a rechargeable work light valued at $25. • Vehicle burglary, 1:23 p.m. Dec. 14, Camp Kiwanilong. A woman reported $6,843 in tools and equipment were stolen from a work vehicle. • Shoplifting, 9:23 p.m. Dec. 9, Walmart. Marjorie M. Roper, 24, and Kalen M. Tait, 23, both of Astoria, were cited for third-de- gree theft after she allegedly took an item from the store and attempted to return it to the service desk for cash and he attempted to leave the store with a $50 videogame. • Shoplifting, 11:24 a.m. Dec. 11, Walmart. Roper and Tait, who were involved in the above case, returned to Walmart and left the store with $173 in music records, a backpack, and clothes. Their vehicle was stopped by police a • Shoplifting, 9:09 p.m. Dec. 13, Walmart. Kristy L. McClanahan and Adam J. Ferris, both 40 and from Clackamas, were cited for second-degree theft after they allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $109 in earbuds, bandages, and sun- glasses. • Shoplifting, 5:02 p.m. Dec. 15, Home Depot. Melissa M. Yarbrough, 40, of Portland was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft after she attempted to leave the store without paying for tools. She also had a felony warrant from Multnomah County. Suspicious circumstances and disturbances • Disturbance, 10:30 p.m. Dec. 9, Walmart. Margi Marie Seburn, 40, no known address, was located a short time later near Wendy’s and cited for a warrant from Clackamas County for fail- ing to appear in court following a hit-and-run collision. • Improper use of 911, 8:13 a.m. Dec. 13. Amanda T. Brim, 40, of Warrenton was cited. • Disturbance, 10:50 a.m. Dec. 14, Walmart. A 32-year-old man with no known address was asked to leave because he was causing a disturbance and was trespassed from the location. • Malicious mischief, 5:46 p.m. Dec. 15, Youngs Bay Plaza. A man reported someone threw a brick through a window at the former Dooger’s restaurant. • Disturbance, 2:39 p.m. Dec. 15, church in 1300 block South Main Avenue. Timothy M. Goza, 51, no known address, was ar- rested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and booked at Clatsop County Jail. Traffic • Hit-and-run collision, 3 p.m. Dec. 1, Fred Meyer parking lot. • Vehicle into house, 10:12 p.m. Dec. 7, Pacific Drive at Seventh Avenue. Witnesses reported a black Ford Escort traveling at high speed when it failed to negotiate a curve, left the road, traveled several hundred feet before crashing into a berm, flipping and striking a house, according to a police report. William A. Page-Lagerquist, 21, of Warrenton was taken by ambulance to Columbia Memo- rial Hospital. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, three counts of reckless driving and driving without a license. • Vehicle into ditch and power pole, 4:45 p.m. Dec. 9, Alternate Highway 101 at Southeast 12th Street.
