Brooks, 34, no known address, were cited for third degree theft and criminal mischief after Howard attempted to leave the store with- out paying for $9 in wax and a T-shirt and Brooks attempted to leave the store without paying for $9 in food and rubber rings. • Vehicle burglary, 8:37 a.m. Aug. 8, Del Rey Beach access.
