Thefts and burglaries
• Theft of weed-eater, 6:54 p.m.
July 27, 100 block Northwest
Fourth Street. A woman report-
ed her $450 weed-eater was
stolen.
• Shoplifting, 5:38 p.m. July 31,
Walmart. Marilyn L. Mobley, 54,
no known address, was cited for
second-degree theft, criminal
mischief and criminal trespass-
ing after she allegedly attempted
to leave the store without paying
for $131 in merchandise, includ-
ing clothes, jewelry, and DVDs.
• Shoplifting, 10:15 p.m. Aug.
1, Walmart. Crystal J. Herren,
37, of Warrenton was cited for
third-degree theft and criminal
trespassing after she allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for a beer valued
at $1. She’d previously been
trespassed from all Walmart
properties.
• Stolen license plate, 7:27 p.m.
Aug. 2, 0-100 block Southeast
Third Street. A woman reported
the license plate was stolen off
her daughter’s vehicle.
• Burglary, 7:48 a.m. Aug. 3,
1000 block South Main Ave-
nue. A business owner reported
$1,400 worth of tools were
stolen.

• Disturbance, 4:51 a.m. July 29,
Walmart. Lisa Marie Garrison,
51, no known address, was ar-
rested on a felony warrant from
Douglas County, Nev. She was
booked at Clatsop County Jail.
• Burglary, 11:45 a.m. July 30,
100 block Alternate Highway
101. A woman reported items
stolen from her home. Steven
Michael Wolf, 43, of Warren-
ton was arrested on suspicion
of theft, contempt of court and
third-degree escape. He was
booked at Clatsop County Jail.
• Physical disturbance, 10:38
a.m. July 31, Sunset Lake RV
Park. Two family members
separated and interviewed. No
arrests.
• Landlord-tenant dispute, 1:44
p.m. July 31, 5000 block South-
east Willow Drive. Amanda T.
Brim, 40, of Warrenton was
arrested on a felony warrant and
booked at Clatsop County Jail.

• Dead bald eagle, 8:07 a.m. July
31, Astoria Dairy Queen. A Fish
and Wildlife trooper called to
scene; eagle most likely electro-
cuted in power lines above the
parking lot.
