April 10, Warrenton Mini Mart.
Three people were arrested on
Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office
warrants: Christopher Arthur
Monroe, 38, no known address;
Clarissa Lynn Moore, 31, of As-
toria; and Kourtney Marie Scott,
30, of Astoria. Scott also was
charged with giving false infor-
mation to police and for posses-
sion of heroin.
• Warrant service, 12:35 a.m.
April 13, Walmart. Joseph C.
Bounds, 31, of Clatskanie was
arrested on a Clatsop County
Sheriff’s Office warrant.

• Theft of road-closure materi-
al, 12:30 p.m. April 3, Saddle
Mountain State Park on Jubilee
Road. Items valued at $350,
including signs, padlocks and
heavy log chain were taken.
• Shoplifting, 1:30 p.m. April 5,
Walmart. Brian R. Hart, 32, of
Ocean Park, Wash., was cited
for second-degree theft after
he allegedly attempted to leave
the store without paying for a
vacuum cleaner and stress balls
valued at $253.
• Shoplifting, 7:24 p.m. April 9,
Walmart. Christopher J. Bee-
man, 37, of Astoria was cited
for third-degree theft, criminal
mischief and criminal trespass-
ing after he allegedly attempted
to leave the store without paying
for $37 in Sharpie markers and
clamps.
• Shoplifting, 2:11 p.m. April 10,
Walmart. Joseph P. Bees, 37,
no known address, was cited for
third-degree theft and criminal
mischief after he allegedly at-
tempted to leave the store with-
out paying for $5 in deli meat.
• Shoplifting, 7:45 p.m. April
12, Walmart. Krystal D. Olsen,
31, and Paul V. Ashworth, 34,
both of Seaside, were cited for
third-degree theft after they
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $77 in
clothes and shoes.
• Shoplifting, 3:08 p.m. April
14, Rite Aid. Joey D. Norberg,
35, of Clatskanie was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly left the store without
paying for earbuds worth $20.

Court. Someone broke a car win-
dow with a 15-pound rock and
threw feces at another vehicle.
• Domestic disturbance, 8:08
p.m. April 8, 100 block Alternate
Highway 101. Warrenton Fire
also was called to help extricate
a man from a vehicle at a home
where he’d previously been
trespassed. Steven Michael Wolf,
42, no known address, was ar-
rested on suspicion of burglary,
third-degree theft, unlawful
entry into a motor vehicle, inter-
fering with a police officer and
resisting arrest. He was booked
at Clatsop County Jail.
• Furnishing intoxicants to a mi-
nor, 11:39 p.m. April 10, 0-100
block Southwest Ninth Street.
Cody R. Schofield, 28, of War-
renton was cited and released.
• Suspicious circumstances,
12:55 p.m. April 11, 100 block
Southeast Second Street. Garry
W. Taylor, 47, of Warrenton
was cited for criminal improper
use of the emergency system. At
7:14 p.m. that day, Taylor was
arrested and booked at Clatsop
County Jail on suspicion of two
counts of menacing, harassment
and resisting arrest.
• Illegal dumping, 5:18 p.m.
April 11, Highway 26, 17 miles
east of Seaside. When an officer
approached a car matching the
description of the offending
vehicle, he found a domestic dis-
turbance in process. Troy Wayne
Skinner, 31, of Sevierville, Tenn.,
was arrested on a felony warrant
from Tennessee. Additional
charges were referred to the
District Attorney’s Office.
• Found purse, 3:49 p.m. April
13, dunes near Delaura Beach
access.
• Trespassing, 6:40 p.m. April
13, Rite Aid. Joseph William
Blackler, 38, no known address,
was cited for criminal trespass-
ing after he returned to the store
where he’d previously been
trespassed.

• Vehicle over side, 5:57 a.m.
April 2, Highway 26 at Wunsch
Road. Seth Collins, 36, of
Seaside was taken to Legacy
Emanuel Hospital with a broken
wrist and other injuries after
he swerved to avoid an animal,
struck a guardrail and rolled 30
feet down a steep embankment.
• Motorcycle crash, one injury,
8:59 a.m. April 4, Highway 53 at
Fish Hatchery Lane, Nehalem.
Brent A. Flye, 66, of Nehalem
was taken to Adventist Health
Center in Tillamook for treat-
ment of serious injuries.
• Two-vehicle collision, no inju-
ries, 12:05 p.m. April 5, Rite Aid
parking lot.
• Abandoned vehicle, 2:31 p.m.
April 8, 1900 block Northwest
Warrenton Drive. Vehicle had
been reported stolen from Asto-
ria and the owner retrieved the
car.
• Log truck crash, no injuries,
10:43 a.m. April 10, Highway 30
at Liberty Lane. The 38-year-old
driver from Raymond, Wash.,
lost control on a curve, rolled the
truck and spilled the load off the
highway.
• Traffic stop, 8:23 p.m. April 12,
Marlin Avenue near Les Schwab.
Driver cited for driving while
suspended.
• Speeding, 6:10 p.m. April 13,
Northwest Warrenton Drive
at 11th Street. Driver cited for
going 63 in a 45 mph zone.
• Speeding, 10:18 p.m. April 13,
Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue.
Driver cited for going 70 mph in
a 45 mph zone.
