Ivy Nickole Navar- ro, 20, of Seaside was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft after she allegedly took another customer’s wallet from a shopping cart. When police recovered the wallet, $300 was missing. • Shoplifting, 7:22 p.m. March 28, Fred Meyer. Joseph William Blackler, 38, of Warrenton was cited for third-degree theft, crim- inal trespassing and disorderly conduct after he allegedly left the store without paying for an undisclosed amount of merchan- dise. • Shoplifting, 12:49 p.m. March 27, Walgreens. The same woman is believed to be involved in a shoplifting report from Fred Meyer and Walmart.
