Oregon hunters
banquet is set
The 18th annual banquet
and fundraiser for the Clat-
sop County Chapter of Or-
egon Hunters Association
is at 4 p.m. March 21 at the
Clatsop County Fairgrounds,

Tickets are $50, which in-
cludes dinner, games, ven-
dors and $20 in raffle tickets.
More than 70 firearms will be
raffled during the fundraiser.
Tickets must be purchased
by March 16 and at least one
member of the party must be
an OHA member.
OHA is the state’s largest
Oregon-based pro-hunting
organization, with 10,000
members and 26 chapters
statewide. Its mission is
“protecting Oregon’s wildlife,
habitat and heritage.”
Typical OHA projects in-
clude planting forage and
creating new water sources
for wildlife.
