Street. Taken were a camera and
binoculars valued at $2,098.
• Shoplifting, 8:35 p.m. Nov. 22,
Walmart. Jamie Lee Swartwood,
29, and Jordan Allan Swart-
wood, 28, both of Hammond,
were cited for second-degree
theft after they allegedly at-
tempted to leave the store with-
out paying for $243 in electron-
ics, cameras and toys.
• Auto theft, 8:48 a.m. Nov. 27,
1300 block South Main Avenue.
The vehicle, a red 2017 Ford
Focus, was involved in a hit-and-
run crash of two parked vehicles
at Main and Fourth Street about
2:30 a.m. Nov. 27 and was found
high-centered on a sand dune
on Delaura Beach Road about 10
a.m.
• Shoplifting, 7:15 p.m. Nov. 24,
Walmart. Darion Scott Muir, 27,
and Katherine E. Chiappetta, 27,
both of Warrenton were cited for
third-degree theft and criminal
mischief after they allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $14 in milk
• Shoplifting, 9:49 p.m. Nov. 28,
Walmart. Heather R. Greenwalt,
37, and Travis E. Pressey, 41,

for second-degree theft and

at Marlin Avenue. The driver
who caused the crash was cited
for following too closely; the oth-
er driver was treated at the scene
for minor injuries.
• Shoplifting, 7:10 p.m. Nov. 29,
Walmart. Alexis A. Dobbs, 26,
of Bend was cited for second-de-
gree theft and criminal mischief
after she allegedly attempted to
leave the store without paying
for $204 in makeup and a jacket.
• Theft of flatbed trailer and
equipment, 8:57 a.m. Nov. 30,
Joann’s Fabric parking lot.
A woman reported she’d had
trouble with lights and parked
the trailer, leaving it with an
unsecured pressure washer and
weed eater. The smaller items
were gone when she checked on
them two days later and a few
hours after that, the trailer also
had disappeared.
• Shoplifting, 11:30 p.m. Nov.
30, Walmart. David Michael
Case, 36, of Seaside was cited
for third-degree theft after he
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $5 in
glue.
• Shoplifting, 10:30 p.m. Dec. 1,
Walmart. Sherman R. Fanning
Jr., 57, of Raymond, Wash., was
cited for second-degree theft
after he allegedly attempted to
leave the store without paying
for $530 in stereos, tools and
vehicle products.
