Avenue. A business reported a
battery valued at $100 was sto-
len off a trailer.
• Burglary, 11:50 p.m. May 25,
0-100 block Southwest Birch
Court. Kidd Cody Atkins, 24,
of Astoria was arrested on
suspicion of burglary, criminal
mischief, criminal trespassing
and fourth-degree assault after
he allegedly broke into a home
and attacked the owner.
• Burglary, 11:10 a.m. May 28,
1000 block Southeast Marlin
Avenue. A business reported
someone stole four wheels and
tires valued at $1,280.
• Burglary, 11:23 a.m. May 28,
900 block Southeast Marlin
Avenue. A business reported
someone damaged a fence to
gain access and steal $200 in
scrap metal.
• Burglary, 6:04 p.m. May 30,
500 block Northwest First St. A
man reported two tackle boxes
valued at $100 and license plate
tags were missing from vehicles
parked at his home.
• Shoplifting, 8:48 p.m. May
30, Fred Meyer. Krysta Nicole
Schluter, 21, of Warrenton was
cited for third-degree theft after
she allegedly attempted to leave
the store without paying for $69
in hair products.
• Shoplifting, 8 p.m. May 31,
Walmart. Daniel A. Baker, 34,
of Seaview, Wash., was cited for
second-degree theft and crim-
inal mischief after he allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $162 in
food by failing to scan it in the
self-checkout aisle.
• Stolen bicycle, 12:18 p.m. June
1, Fort Stevens State Park. A Vir-
ginia resident reported an $800

• Shoplifting, 3:30 p.m. June 1,
Walmart. Christina L. Yanez, 38,
of Ilwaco was cited for third-de-
gree theft after she allegedly
