Jones, 25, of Astoria was cited
for second-degree theft and
criminal mischief after she
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for $165 in
clothes and shoes.

man failed to pay for three days

John & Tracy Wilson of Hammond has submitted a request for a de-
velopment code interpretation to allow a narrower setback in a Commercial
Mixed Use zone as part of a lot line adjustment request. The subject prop-
erty is located at 1120 Pacific Drive and 695-697 King Salmon Place and is
identified as Tax Lot 81008BA00800.
The application file is available for public review until May 21, 2019 with
an administrative decision to be made after the close of the review and com-
ment period. Applicable Warrenton Municipal Code criteria include Chap-
ter 16.44 Commercial Mixed Use, Chapter 16.236 Code Interpretations and
Section 16.208.040 Type II Administrative Decisions Procedures.
All evidence to be relied upon to make a decision on this application is in
the public record and available for review at the Warrenton Building and
Planning Department, 225 S. Main Ave., Warrenton, at no cost. Copies can
be made at reasonable cost. Following the close of the comment period,
the Community Development Director shall issue a Type II Administrative
Decision which will be mailed to the applicant and all parties who submit
written comments or who are otherwise legally entitled to notice.

cants. He was booked at Clatsop
County Jail, where his blood-al-

0.13 percent.
