Park. Christopher Jon Brown,
48, of Doty, Wash., who was
spotted walking away from
the vehicle, was arrested on
suspicion of driving under the
influence of intoxicants. Brown
was taken to Columbia Memori-
al Hospital and later transferred
to a Portland hospital via Life
Flight. His car was a total loss.
