Steven Harms, 27, of Seaside
was arrested for having two
outstanding warrants and was
booked at Clatsop County Jail,
where his blood alcohol content
was recorded at 0.33 percent.
• Assault, 1:48 a.m. April 18, 500
block Pacific Drive.
• Disturbance, 8:16 p.m. April
18, Robinson Community Park.
A local transient was yelling at
a man throwing a ball with his
daughter.
• Dog bite, 3:35 p.m. April 19,
parking lot near Trina and Ron’s
Place. Three dogs were running
loose and one bit and knocked
over a customer. Dog’s owner
contacted. Dog place on 10-day
quarantine at animal shelter.
• Disturbance, 10:22 a.m. April
20, 1600 block South Main Av-
enue. Man living in a trailer on
the property believes neighbors
are spying on him and drilling
holes in his trailer. Case turned
over to Clatsop Behavioral
Health for evaluation.
• Malicious mischief, 7 a.m. April
21, 0-100 block Southwest Main
Court. Trey Morgan Crossgrove,
18, of Warrenton was cited for
third-degree criminal mischief
and released pending a court
hearing.
• Aggressive panhandling, 3:32
p.m. April 23, Fred Meyer. Man
trespassed from property and
moved along.

16, Harbor Drive at Heron.
Kenneth R. Wardle, 30, of
Seward, Alaska, was arrested on
suspicion of driving under the
influence of intoxicants, reckless
driving, reckless endangering
and hit-and-run with property
damage (running over a stop
sign). He was booked at Clatsop
County Jail, where his blood
alcohol content was recorded at
0.18 percent.
• Motor vehicle collision – Vehi-
cle off road, noninjury, 4:05 p.m.
April 16, Highway 101 at Sunset
Beach Lane.
• Two-vehicle noninjury colli-
sion, 2:49 p.m. April 17, Harbor
Drive at Neptune.
• Parking lot collision with
elderly driver leaving the scene,
10:36 a.m. April 18, Fred Meyer
parking lot. Driver contacted
and a DMV driver’s evaluation
will be conducted.

Seventh. Desirai S. Schehl, 26,
of Seaside was cited for criminal
failure to carry and present a
license and driving while sus-
pended.

driver, a 16-year-old girl from
Warrenton who’d had her
license less than six months, was
cited for having two 16-year-old
passengers with her.
• Two-vehicle injury collision,

North Main Avenue. One driver
taken to hospital for evaluation.
