arrested on suspicion of criminal
trespassing, theft II and booked
at Clatsop County Jail.

a verbal dispute and throwing
items on the ground. The suspect
vehicle was gone, but officers
collected needles, a sharps
container, naloxone, a backpack,
sneakers, knife, digital scale,
smart phone and wallet from the
parking lot.
