NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Warrenton Rural Fire
Protection District, Clatsop County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget
for the fiscal year July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019, will be held at Warrenton
Fire Department, 225 S. Main Avenue. The meeting will take place on April
19 at 4:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to re-
ceive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee
will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the pro-
posed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after
April 16, 2018, at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S Main Avenue, between the
hours of 10:00 am. And 5:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF LAPSE OF MINERAL INTEREST
PURSUANT TO ORS 517.180, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. A mineral interest has been claimed on certain real property located
in Clatsop County, Oregon, commonly known as 85748 Northrup, Creek
Rd, Birkenfeld OR 97016-8229, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1 of Partition Plat No. 1993-022, according to the plat recorded Sep-
tember 22, 1993, in Book 1, Page 135, Clatsop County Partition Plat Re-
cords. Acct. No. 0801 & 0803-60628-00103, Tax ID No. 7577 & 7578.
2. The names of the holders of the mineral interest, as shown of record,
are SWAN W. TORNBLAD and ANNA E. TORNBLAD, both of whom are
now believed to be deceased. A good faith effort has been made to deter-
mine the location or status of any current holders of the mineral interest,
and the address of the current mineral interest holder is unknown and can-
not be determined by due diligence.
3. The instrument creating the original mineral interest was a Warranty
Deed dated June 25, 1981, recorded October 15, 1982, in Book 587, Page 66,
Records of Clatsop County, Oregon. The mineral interest holders reserved
all ownership of mineral rights on said property and the sole right to receive
any lease remuneration or mineral royalties during their lifetime either of
said mineral interest holders.
4. A description of the lands affected by the mineral interest are those
lands described in paragraph 1 above.
